• DAY(S): Group Training runs Monday and Wednesday all year long.

  • There will be seasonal groups available for members on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Fall and Spring, but the Monday and Wednesday groups are permanent and will always be available, year round.

    *Note - Membership Groups will NOT be available on the following holidays annually: New Years Eve, New Years Day, July 4th, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Winter Break including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

  • 6:00-7:00 PM for Grades 4th through 6th

  • 7:00-8:00 PM for Grades 7th & 8th

  • 7:00-8:00PM for Grades 9th through 12th

• AGE(S): We offer memberships to the following age groups. All younger athletes must text us at 845-649-3818 to schedule an evaluation prior to registering for a membership

  • Boys & Girls 4th through 6th Grade

  • Boys & Girls 9th through 12th Grade

• MEMBERSHIPS: Review details below

  • Rookie Membership: Access to ONE class every week per athlete

    • Choose between Monday or Wednesday weekly, along with seasonal groups when they are provided!

  • All-Star Membership: Up to TWO classes every week per athlete

    • Attend both Monday and Wednesday groups year round, and when seasonal groups become available, you will be able to pick and choose from Tuesday and Thursday classes as well
