TOA is the #1 place to improve your game every off-season. Since 2019, the top HS, College and Pro Athletes in and around the 845 area have been coming to TOA to improve their game and the results speak for themselves. Join us every Monday through Thursday for the month of August if you’re serious about taking your game to the next level.

TOA will focus on Skill Development, Strength, Conditioning, Speed & Agility, Vertical Explosiveness & Situational Game Play.
