You can walk-in to any of our group sessions by using our walk-in pass! Check out our groups without the commitment to a membership any day of the week by simply using our walk-in pass.

*Reminder, the Seasonal Classes are only available to members during the Fall and Spring. Based on interest, the Fall 2025 position-specific classes are only available to the older age group, but will be added for the younger group if interest grows!
