You can walk-in to any of our group sessions by using our walk-in pass! Check out our groups without the commitment to a membership any day of the week by simply using our walk-in pass.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The next round of Seasonal Classes for both the younger and older age groups begins Tuesday, September 1st, 2026 and will run for 9-weeks, with the last session being Thursday, October 29th

• DAY(S): Group Training runs year-round for Grades 6th through 12th Grade, every Monday and Wednesday all year long from 7:00-8:00PM

• There will be SEASONAL GROUPS available for younger age-group (4th through 6th grade)

• The Younger age-group (4th through 6th grade) will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00-7:00PM

• *Note - Group Training will NOT be available on the following holidays annually: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Winter Break including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day”
