• DAY(S): Group Training runs Monday and Wednesday all year long.

  • Mondays 7:00-8:00PM

  • Wednesdays 7:00-8:00PM

    *Note - Membership Groups will NOT be available on the following holidays annually: New Years Eve, New Years Day, July 4th, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Winter Break including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

  • 7:00-8:00PM: Boys & Girls 6th-8th Grade

  • 7:00-8:00PM: Boys & Girls 9th-12th Grade

  • Athletes are separated based on grade and/or skill level during group sessions when necessary and when competing

• AGE(S): We offer memberships to the following age groups. All younger athletes must text us at 845-649-3818 to schedule an evaluation prior to registering for a membership

  • Boys & Girls 6th-8th Grade

  • Boys & Girls 9th-12th Grade

• MEMBERSHIPS: Review details below

  • Rookie Membership: Access to ONE class every week per athlete

    • Choose between Monday or Wednesday weekly, along with seasonal groups when they are provided in the Fall and Spring

  • All-Star Membership: Up to TWO classes every week per athlete

    • Attend both Monday and Wednesday groups year-round
