NY RATZ / LADY RATZ PAYMENT INFO:

*Do NOT make a payment unless you have received a congratulations email and official roster invitation AFTER tryouts are complete 

  • Tryouts: $30 per athlete

    • This fee covers any and all tryout dates for that specific season. Athletes must attend at least ONE tryout date but are encouraged to attend as many as possible

  • Full-Season Cost: $750

    • To accept roster spot, a minimum of HALF the payment + any applicable uniform fees will be required. Full payment must be received prior to the first tournament/game.

  • Uniform Fee: $125

    • we have 2-year contracts with our uniform provider that allows us to use the same uniform for 4 full-seasons. Spring 2026 will begin a new contract requiring the entire program to order new uniforms, which again, will be good for 2 full years (4 seasons total)

  • Due to the nature of AAU, including making cuts, we are unable to offer refunds, even for extenuating circumstances including, but not limited to, injuries and unforeseen conflicts, regardless of what point of the season we are in. We will however offer training credits for extenuating circumstances.

  • Season Dates: See details below

    • Fall Season: End of August through 1st weekend of November

    • Spring Season: April through June

  • 4-5 Game Days/Tournament Weekends (10-12 games guaranteed - could be in form of 4-5 tournaments)

  • 2 practices per week (except when practice days conflict with tournament dates - those practices are NOT to be re-scheduled) Practice days & times will be finalized following tryouts but will fall within the following ranges:

    • DAYS AND TIMES TBD

  • All athletes need a new uniform beginning in the Spring of 2026, including returning athletes. The uniform will be good for 2-years (4 full seasons)

Uniform Fee + 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to lock-in your athlete’s roster spot. The full balance must be paid in full prior to the first tournament/game date. If the balance is unpaid by that point, the athlete will be ineligible to participate in practice and games unless other payment arrangements have been made and agreed upon in writing.

1. Any practices missed due to tournament conflicts and/or facility rental conflicts will not be made up. We will provide all conflict dates as soon as we know about them!

2. Please note, for the Fall Season, all practices will be done by the 1st Monday in November, even if there are tournaments remaining. For the Spring Season, all practices will be done by the 1st Monday in June. Any remaining Tournaments scheduled will still take place but there will be no practices after these dates.

3. All Tournaments will take place within 2-hours of Orange County, NY though we do our best to keep them within 90-minutes to alleviate travel expenses for coaches and families.
